I was honored to join as a panelist at the Women in Energy Carnival 2025 organized by MJF. It was a wonderful opportunity to share the stage with experts and exchange perspectives on advancing women’s rights and leadership in the energy sector. In my discussion, I highlighted: 🔹 Key statistics from Oxfam’s recent research on Just Energy Transition. 🔹 The importance of ensuring RMG workers’ health, including menstrual support and hygiene at the workplace. 🔹 The need for a strong platform to amplify women workers’ voices. 🔹 Advocacy for maternity leave and additional workplace support for women. 🔹 The urgent call to address women’s limited participation in energy leadership. Celebrating women and amplifying their voices is not only essential but also a driving force for a just and inclusive energy transition.
